Our company is seeking technology to improve the recyclability of aerosol cans. The spray nozzles are designed to be difficult to remove for safety reasons, and they are often collected as metal (cans) without being detached, which poses a problem as they are not processed in the metal recycling process. Additionally, spray nozzles are small and often made from multiple materials, which further complicates recycling.
